Bathurst Wagons

Happy New Year - Here are a few wagon portraits from Bathurst Yard on 6/1/2011

VPCX 19. As far as I am aware, these repainted VPCX wagons never entered service in NSW.

KLY derivative 18731 (I think it was RLUY or RLPY)

Stored NTBX van?

NOGF?

NLHX

NHEF. These were last used on the sandstone trians from Rozelle way back in the late 1990s from memory.

NGDX

An NDRF kept at the workshop.

CHS type hopper - 35551.

BBP plough van.

Enjoy!

  1. Some very interesting shots. The refigerated van is an NRY type, the open wagon is an NOGF and the BBP appears to be one of the early batch BBPs.
    Cheers, Evan.

  2. I've come across another photo of the NRY van. It is NBTY 22726U. On the opposite side the van has had a patch repair, possibly due to a shunting mishap?
