BM7 and some unusual Royal Wolf Container

A few photos of Aurizon's 7BM7 service and some of the interesting container on that service.

Rounding the curves at Yerrinbool.

Coming into Mittagong Station.

Royal Wolf containers RWCM 302564 (Lunch Room) and RWCM 303613 (Change Room) on a QQDY 5-pack.

Right behind them were RWCM 303088 (Lunch Room) and RWCM 303436 (Change Room).

A pair of 10ft containers paired together travelling as RWHU 251009 (White open side 15S3 type).  The partner is a 15GB type with the number covered over as they are running as a 20ft container.

Qube 1311 'Paper' Train

Last week saw double QBX locos become the norm on 1311 empty container service to Harefield.  

QBX005/006 and MZ1437 running through Picton Yard.

The next day QBX001/002 led the service, this time captured running through Bargo.

CQMY 3007 with a variety of containers for grain loading.

CQMY 3042 with two grain boxes and a paper box.

CQMY 3085 with a new Seaco SEGU HNA container.

An LQAY with a Hamburg Sud HASU container.  The LQAY wagon is one of very few which have a 'Sheffel' style steering bogie.  

SQDY 102 with an older Maersk Sealand MSKU container.

SQEF 41 with an old P&O Nedllyod PONU container and a newer Maersk box.  Maersk own P&O Nedllyod.

SQEY 79 with more grain boxes.

SQEY 83 with a pair of different Hapag Llyod orange boxes.  The larger logo is a HLBU box and the small logo is a HLXU box.

I haven't seen many of these around.  A Waterfront WFHU container.  This has HMM markings.

Aurizon MMY521 Rail Grinder

MMY521 parked at Picton Yard last week following a busy weekend of rail grinding.  Of interest is the centre wagon which looks to be a former CFCLA CQQY wagon.

Quad SSR C Class

A pretty amazing sight and sound rumbled through Tahmoor this morning.  Quad SSR owned C class on a loaded Tahmoor coal train (TM04) bound for Newcastle.  For the record, the combo was C510/C507/C506/C505.
