Not a lot of Ettamogah Rail Hub PQAW action at the moment, with PQAW 20 being a regular on the tail of 3BM4 services during November.

Classic FCL Bulkers

A couple of classics on MB4 last week, with both types of original orange FCL FCBU bulkers on the same train.  These date back to the mid 1990s from memory, so are pushing nearly 25 years in service which is impressive for a container.

Kitchens on the Run

Mobile kitchen containers are a pretty funky idea.  Here is box K034L belonging to Kitchens on the Run.  I last shot some of these boxes in March 2018.

An interesting logo on this removalist container.  Marked for Tasmanian Furniture Transport, the container is coded TFT 003 and is a standard 25G1 type.

NR30 Great Southern

NR30 has done a trip to and from Brissy showing off its fresh Great Southern livery.

A Quickie to Brissy

Had a few days in Brissy last week and managed to get out on Saturday and Sunday morning for a few photos.  The smoke, lighting, and few clouds made it challenging to get quality shots, but I was happy with what I came away with.  

In the old QR National livery, 2836 leads Y239 comprising of railsets and side dump wagons at Burpengary.

A Brisbane bound NGR at Dakabin.

Seafreight service Y874 with 2848 and 2831 at Dakabin

PRZY 48157 with genset container ATPC 381052-1.

A late running 8CP1 led by classic livery PN003.  Got bombed by a cloud for this shot, otherwise it would have been shot of the trip.  

Only minutes later was on time 8CP1 lead by repainted PN006.  That cloud still hadn't shifted!

Linfox service YU55 led by freshly repainted 2849 (finally the sun was out!).  Lots of former Aurizon boxes on this train now marked with Linfox decals.

A north bound NGR rounded out my trip.

SSR Triple C

Despite the smoke, I had to head out for triple SSR C class on 4343, empty grain from Port Waratah to Temora.

This was an odd find today on BM4.  A Chemtrans tank tied down to a K&S flatrack.

Upgraded Jumbo Coils

Shot this yesterday on MW2.  Recently refreshed RCAF 20592 with a pair of modified Jumco Coil cradles marked as FC0011 and FC0012.

A pair of interesting boxes coming over from the west.  LPSU 201301 and 201302 are generator containers marked for Legacy Power Services.

Another new SCF reefer

Not as new, but still new.  SCFU 819109 is similar to the newer ones with the exception of yellow posts rather than orange posts, and no phone number under the logo.
